Welcome! I am committed to helping clients feel their best, find balance and peace in their life. I am here to support, and provide a compassionate, safe place for you to land. I have 10+ years experience working with children, teens and adults, with experience in a school, community and private practice settings. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho and Louisiana (LPC), as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also a certified Child Centered Play Therapist, with certification from University of North Texas. I am able to work with clients from Idaho (in-person and virtual), and Louisiana (virtual only). I am adept in assisting families and client's navigate family transitions, anxiety, grief, stress relief and more. I work from a humanistic, and Person-Centered perspective. I use a variety of modalities: narrative therapy, talk therapy, Child Centered Play therapy, art and sand tray therapies. My goal is to tailor my approach to your needs.
